The Virtual Covid-19 Assessment Centre kept track of patients via the MySejahtera app, which asked patients to fill out a Health Assessment tools (HAT) twice a day about their symptoms.

More than 70% of Covid-19 patients at home filled out the HAT every day, and this information was utilized to identify cases that deteriorated and needed to be sent to hospitals.

If the HAT data of Covid-19 patients revealed a significant decline, a notification would be issued to the patients, offering them the option of visiting a health center.
