The second-generation of Tesla Roadster that was supposed to hit the road in 2020 is now expected to arrive in 2022.
With one of the models being display in Petersen Automotive Musuem, the founder of Tesla, Elon Musk, claims that their creation can do a stunning sprint from 0-100km/h in just 1.1 seconds.

Elon Musk said in Twitter that the Tesla Roadster is possible to hit that number with “the SpaceX rocket thruster option package.”
The car would allegedly use cold air thrusters hidden behind the number plate to propel all the 4 wheels to achieve that.
However, Tesla Roadster without the package can still hit 0-100km/h in 1.9 seconds, which is still astonishing.
