The “Legendary Rainforest Celebration” three-day music event will take place at the Sarawak Cultural Village in Santubong, Sarawak.

Fans can also watch livestreams of the various acts from the comfort of their own homes.

The current edition of RWMF will feature performances by artists from all over the world including:

The opening performance, courtesy of Majlis Seni Sarawak in a first-time musical collaboration with Sarawak Tourism Board, will also feature the merging of traditional Sarawakian music with international cuisines.

Local artists like as Alena Murang, At Adau, Bamboo Woods, Fauziah Gambus & The Geng, Rining Peter Paris, Hayree Hashim, and others will perform at the Rainforest World Music Festival 2022, exhibiting musical influences from Sarawak’s varied ethnic groups.

The next festival will also include a variety of music classes and activities for both adults and children, as well as a craft exhibition and bazaars with wonderful regional foods and delicacies.

The various ticket categories are;

  • Adult 1-Day Pass (RM165)
  • Adult 3-Day Pass (RM405)
  • Child 1-Day Pass (RM85)
  • Child 3-Day Pass (RM195)
  • 1-Day Family Package Pass – 2 Adults and 2 Children (RM440)
  • Virtual tickets at RM25 every one-hour block.
