Qatar has started introducing air conditioning outdoors in the recent years due to climate change.
In Doha, the capital, the daily average temperature ranges from 18.5 °C to 37 °C, it could go up to 43°C in mid-summer, July.

The country is welcoming the 2022 World Cup, back in 2019, the country has been installing air conditioning outdoor spaces such as open-air markets and walkways.
One of the largest projects was the Al Janoub Stadium, which has a 40,000 pax capacity.

Qatar aims to use this innovative technology across 8 World Cup stadiums in 2022, in order to set a comfortable temperature range (18-24 °C).
