Former Miss Malaysia, Samantha Katie James, is having a bad week.
After being slammed on social media for posting a series of racist statements on Instagram, a video of her getting violent after an argument with a group of black people has started going viral on the internet.
Appearing to be heavily under the influence of alcohol in the video (below), she can be seen having a heated confrontation with several individuals stemming from what can be assumed as her speaking ill of their country as she angrily shouted “Malaysia is better than this f***-ing country”.
The confrontation is further escalated when she hurled a glass in the direction of the lady she was arguing with, only to have it shatter on another bystander’s head.
She then proceeds to try and attack the lady but was held back by the other guests.
Attempting to diffuse the situation, the other party disperses while she continues to provoke them screaming “Run motherf**ker run!”.
The video could not come at a worse time for the former beauty queen in light of her Instagram postings (above) on the #BlackLivesMatter movement that has stirred up a storm of controversy.
Samantha has recently released an apology on her Instagram, in hopes of explaining herself to her followers.
It remains to be seen how the general public will respond to her attempts at diffusing the situation.
