Two halls in Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) with a total of 13200sqm area have been turned into a temporary treatment centre to treat patients affected by the current health situation with light symptoms.
The initiative was started on 24th of March when National Disaster Management Agency called up MAEPS chief operating officer Norafizah Rahman for a site visit. A decision was made on 28th of March to turn it into a temporary treatment centre.

The facility is able to accommodate and treat 600 patients.
Not known by many, MAEPS was the brainchild of the current Prime Minister when he was the Agriculture Minister over a decade ago.
