Sunway Group and its partner Hoi Hup Realty has won an auction for a residential property site located in western Singapore.
The site, also known as Flynn Park, was won in a bid worth US$277 million, and comes with an existing 72-unit residential condominium on a land area the size of 19,364-square meters.

Both parties are planning to develop a premium residential building on the site of Flynn Park, eyeing the rare hill side plot that offers a panoramic view to the South.
Housing demand in Singapore is gradually heating up as the economy is gradually expected to recover once the global pandemic comes to an end.
