Ultra-marathon runner Jeff Lau has completed the race in freezing temperatures to raise funds for children living with AIDS

Graphic designer and self-trained ultra-marathon runner Jeff Lau has completed the Montane Lapland Arctic Ultra race in the freezing temperatures of Överkalix, Sweden.
The ultra-marathon was completed over 10 days and stretched for 500km. Temperatures in Överkalix has said to drop under 30 degrees Celsius during the course of the ultra-marathon.
The run will raise money for the Pediatric AIDS Fund. Run by the Malaysian Aids Foundation, the organisation supports children living with AIDS to receive education and social support.
Jeff Lau was appointed by the government to complete this gruelling task given his previous experience. Not only has Jeff Lau been awarded the Red Ribbon Youth icon, but he has also previously completed multiple ultra-marathon races in sub-Saharan temperatures and the Artic.
Under Armour Malaysia, has also provided the ultra-marathon runner with further training and education to prepare him for this run. Malaysians can support Jeff Lau’s cause by donating to the MAF Paediatric Aids Fund organisation on their website,
