Hugh Jackman, the Australian actor with his notable role as Wolverine in the X-men series, has been tested with COVID-19 on December 28th, 2021.

Jackman contracted COVID-19 when he interacted with Sutton Foster, his co-star who had contracted COVID-19 as well.
He addressed his COVID-19 contraction via his Twitter with the Twitter handle @RealHughJackman, In the video, he explains his symptoms which includes a cold, scratchy throat and a runny nose with the advice of of staying safe.
His symptoms would be expected to be minor as he got his booster shot on December 5th, 2021.
This has prompted the producers of Broadway’s The Music Man to inevitably cancel all performances of their musicals until January 1st 2022.
Other Broadway shows such as Hamilton, The Lion King and Aladdin are no exceptions to be forcibly closed down with rising COVID-19 Cases in New York, further showing the impact it brings to businesses.
