PCCW, the Hong Kong telecommunications, media, and technology conglomerate controlled by billionaire Richard Li, is said to be in talks to sell its data center assets to DigitalBridge Group Inc.
The PCCW’s data center business owns 9 data centers in Hong Kong, China, and Malaysia, the deal is said to be valued over US$600 million.

DigitalBridge Group Inc, a digital infrastructure investment firm, which formed from Colony Capital, has around US $32 billion of data center assets.
However, no final decisions have been made on the sale, and representatives of both parties declined to comment.
