Apple has just released iOS 13.5 for iPhones and iPads, the last major update before iOS 14 is released.
While there are many improvements and fixes in this release, the most notable changes are the exposure notification system and the ability to unlock the device with a mask on.
Other new features include medical IDs being shared during an emergency call, Facetime group call improvements, and bug fixes across the app.

The update can be downloaded directly from the SETTINGS -> GENERAL -> SOFTWARE UPDATE page on the phone.
Apple is expected to release iOS 14 at the WWDC event end of next month.
